GNOSIIS / EDITORIAL POLICY
Clear sources, accountable corrections, explicit conflicts.
Public articles will distinguish independently researched coverage from compensated material, link to primary sources when available, disclose material interests and maintain a documented correction process. Nothing here is investment advice.
Editorial Policy
Each article should identify primary sources, distinguish reported fact from interpretation, flag compensated coverage and support corrections when warranted.
1. Our Editorial Mission
GNOSIIS Intelligence provides evidence-led coverage of critical metals and strategic minerals, American industrial reshoring and defense logistics, healthcare and medical innovation, and computing and sovereign infrastructure. We distinguish verified developments from interpretation. This publication is for general information, not personalized investment advice or a guarantee of performance.
2. Editorial Independence
Independent editorial conclusions are not for sale. Advertising, sponsorship, consulting, and investor-relations work are distinguished from editorial research. Sponsors cannot purchase favorable conclusions or suppression of verified unfavorable information. Relevant commercial relationships must be prominently disclosed.
3. Research Methodology
We prioritize identifiable primary documents: SEC filings, exchange and regulatory records, Federal Register notices, government contract records, clinical and medical regulatory filings, and issuer disclosures. Reported claims are attributed, verified facts are supported, analysis is labeled as interpretation, and projections state their uncertainty. Original supporting documents are linked within the relevant text wherever practical.
4. Company and Issuer Verification
Our approximately 300-company universe is a candidate research list, not a directory of verified current listings. Before issuer-specific publication, editors check legal identity, ticker, exchange, regulatory identifiers, current listing and corporate lifecycle, and primary-source evidence. Unresolved matches, unsupported conclusions, and investment suitability implications remain on hold.
5. AI-Assisted Research and ATLAS
ATLAS assists with source discovery, records, language and event clustering, issuer matching, and draft preparation. Automated matching does not establish issuer verification. Human editorial review checks claims and original sources. ATLAS may synchronize unpublished drafts only; it may not independently authorize public publication.
6. Sponsored and Compensated Content
GNOSIIS and affiliates may provide marketing, advertising, communications or investor-relations services. Paid or sponsor-influenced communications must never masquerade as independent coverage. Prominent labels such as Sponsored Content or Paid Communication and relevant sponsor, compensation and material-interest disclosures are required. Securities-related promotional work receives separate compliance review; fabricated transactions, concealed compensation and misleading market-interest claims are prohibited.
7. Conflicts of Interest
Financial holdings, consulting, advertising or issuer relationships may give rise to conflicts. Material conflicts relevant to a communication must be evaluated and disclosed before publication. Content may be delayed, modified or declined where an actual or potential conflict cannot be adequately managed.
8. Corrections and Updates
Send corrections to info@gnosiis.com with subject Editorial Correction Request, citing the article, disputed statement and supporting evidence. Our process: record the request; assess the alleged factual, attribution or disclosure problem; recheck original evidence; decide whether to correct, clarify, update, withdraw or retain; record the rationale; and, for material changes, display a dated reader-facing correction note. Material errors must not be silently replaced.
9. Retractions and Withdrawals
GNOSIIS may retract or withdraw material whose central factual basis is materially unreliable, or where serious attribution or disclosure deficiencies would make continued publication misleading. Where appropriate a retraction notice remains accessible with the reason for withdrawal.
10. Dates, Revisions and Source Records
Publication dates, source dates, discovery dates and dates of material updates are distinct. Articles should display relevant dates and material revision notices. Internal source provenance and editorial review records are retained for traceability and accountability.
11. Forward-Looking Statements and Investment Risk
Technology milestones, commercial opportunities, financial expectations and regulatory developments may involve considerable uncertainty. Forward-looking statements are not established outcomes. Company or securities references are not individualized investment recommendations. Readers should perform their own due diligence and consult qualified advisers where appropriate.
12. Reader Feedback and Editorial Contact
For corrections, sources, disclosures or editorial independence inquiries contact info@gnosiis.com. Suggested subjects: Editorial Correction Request; Source Submission; Disclosure Inquiry. Receipt of an inquiry does not guarantee a public response or a requested editorial change.
13. Policy Review
GNOSIIS reviews and may revise these standards as its research systems and commercial activities evolve. Material amendments should be dated and documented. GNOSIIS Intelligence — Evidence first. Commentary second.
